Dongguan Langdi Precision Mould Co, Ltd. was founded in 2010. It was located in Chang’an town of Dongguan city, China (China Mould Town). Langdi Precision is a professional machining manufacturer that provides precision machining services for various kinds of precision mold parts, metal stamping die components and die casting components. And also the precision components for automation machinery systems and checking fixtures and jigs.

The precision machined parts scope includes carbide punches and dies, carbide die inserts, stripper inserts, slide inserts, stripper plates, guiding plates, upper and lower die main plates,  plastic mold cores and cavities, mold core inserts, ejector pins and sleeves, guide pins and bushings, small upper and lower mold base components, thimble barrels, automation system components, mechanical parts and checking fixture components, etc.

The materials for the components include Cemented Tungsten Carbide(WC), Powder High-Speed Steel(briefly called PM or PMHSS), High-Speed Steel(HSS), Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Bronze Alloy, Brass Alloy and plastic like Bakelite, POM, etc.

We have accumulated sophisticated skills and rich experiences in machining technologies. They include optical curved profile grinding, precision surface grinding, Wire-Cut EDM, Oil Wire-Cut, Sinker EDM, precision milling, precision turning, cylindrical grinding, centreless grinding, internal cylindrical grinding,  and CNC high-speed machining, etc.

We also have mature relevant machining chains for the heat treatment and coating surface treatment. The heat treatment includes high-temperature hardening and tempering, and lower-temperature hardening and tempering. The coating surface treatment includes DLC (diamond-like carbon), Nitrided, Blackening, CrN, CrCN, Tin, TiCN, TiALN, TiALCN, AlCrN and AlCrTiN, etc.
